Zone properties and real estate was established in 2016 and is currently located in Johannesburg South Africa
We specialise in property development of both residential and commercial properties. We are also involved in facilities Management for both commercial and residential properties. We offer services to buyers and sellers of commercial and residential properties.
We have widened our portfolio to include but not limited to road rehabilitation, road marking, structural renovations, premise and yard clean-up, landscaping, farming and tree cutting services.

OUR TEAM
Nyasha Chiduwa
He is the founder and CEO of Zone properties and real estate SA. He started his career with the Ministry of Education as a Secondary School Teacher. He then joined the Ministry of Finance, Department of Taxes as a Tax Officer. Thereafter he joined the Insurance Industry as an Underwriter. Currently, he is the Managing Director of a Security company with a staff compliment of over fifty. He is also an Insurance Consultant with various insurance companies in and out of the country.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies, CIS, Certificate in Security Practice and Management; COP short and long term insurance, and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management with the National University of Science and Technology.
His responsibilities amongst other things are:
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Ensure excellent reputation in the industry through a high standard of service and good quality of products provided
- Both long and short term planning of business strategies.
Piniel Chiduwa
Mr Piniel Chiduwa is the Director of Zone properties and Real estate Company SA. He is a qualified Aircraft Engineer and Material Specialist. He has extensive experience in the aviation and Information Technology sector. His appointment as the operations Director is vital for the company because of his versatile experience in information technology.
Bulelwa Duka
Ms Bulelwa Duka is also the director of Zone Properties and Real estate. She has wide experience in business. She is involved in the business of buying and selling of goods in and out of South Africa. As an enterprising and innovative person, she brings a wealth of experience to Zone Properties.
